Customer Experience Associate
The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality customer service, ensuring that customers receive accurate and efficient assistance with their queries.
* Key Account Management: Collaborate closely with sales teams to address the needs of key accounts.
* Order Fulfillment: Manage order interactions and ensure seamless execution of orders from a shared pool of customers.
* On-Site Support: Deliver exceptional customer care while performing site-specific warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Order Management Excellence
• Verify quotes or purchase orders for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
• Efficiently execute order entry for parts and capital equipment, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Pre-Shipment Coordination
• Confirm order details with customers to guarantee accuracy.
• Effectively manage order changes or cancellations before shipment.
Return Credit Process
• Initiate stock return requests and facilitate financial credit requests for customers.
Customer Interaction
• Maintain positive relationships with customers through various communication channels.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
