The SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is the system which monitors and controls the NSW electrical network.You will learn from experienced team members on how to:Develop, build, and implement SCADA databases and displays to support network changes and integration of new renewable generation (i.e. Wind, Solar, BESS)Use data modelling tools to configure the Transgrid electrical grid model.Use graphic editing tools to layout SCADA displays and connect elements to the data model.Contribute to continuous/sustained improvement/development of configuration, testing processes, and graphical standards.This opportunity is based in our Newcastle office.
As part of the role, you will be required to work in the office 5 days a week.About youThis is an entry level role and no previous experience in a similar role is required.
