Responsibilities
- Lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, etc.
- Target market development and market research.
- Building and nurturing customer relationships.
- Assisting in bids and tender submissions.
- Involvement in project management.
- Management of business development systems, like CRM.
- Contribution to strategic growth and business plans.
- Review and improvement of business processes.
- Ensuring compliance with EPA guidelines.
What you need
- A deep understanding of the industry, the market participants, regulatory workplace and challenges confronting the sector and a solid understanding of how growth opportunities will be realised and can ensure this knowledge is represented in marketing and sales.
- Extensive network of relationships across the target sectors, in particular Civil & Water industry’s.
- An ability to develop new client engagement plans and pursuit plans for major opportunities. This role will require some travel for client engagement.
