Client Recovery and Rehabilitation Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to coordinate client recovery and rehabilitation efforts.
* Develop and implement personalized recovery plans to meet individual client needs;
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers to ensure seamless care coordination;
* Provide education and support to clients and their families on injury prevention and management strategies;
* Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
