About the Podiatrist Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Podiatrist, working in the Community Aged Care sector. As a qualified professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing focused home- and on-site services for older clientele with a variety of health conditions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and a passion for delivering best practice. You will be part of a supportive team with regular team meetings, one-to-one clinical supervision, and support from the Clinical Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality podiatry services to clients in their homes or at our on-site facility.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative service models that focus on client strengths and goal-directed interventions.
Requirements:
* Recognised tertiary qualification in Podiatry.
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector.
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with various health conditions in 65+ year old clients.
* Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance.
* Valid driver's license and access to a car.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
