Perigon Group is partnering with an award-winning property development and construction business on the Gold Coast to appoint a Finance Manager.
This is a business that has earned its reputation - growth-driven, quality-obsessed, and backed by owners who are genuinely present and invested in their people. As they scale, they're building their finance function from the ground up, and this role sits right at the centre of that.
Reporting directly to the GM Finance, you'll work closely with the Developments Manager and ownership group, and lead an Assistant Accountant across a portfolio of high-value, luxury residential developments across SEQ.
This is a role for someone who wants genuine ownership, not just a well-defined job.
What the role involves:
* Management accounts across multiple development entities and JV structures
* Cashflow forecasting - lender reporting, loan drawdowns and funding compliance
* Feasibility modelling, cost tracking and sensitivity analysis
* GL integrity, reconciliations and month-end/year-end close
* Building the financial processes and governance frameworks the portfolio demands
What they're looking for:
* CA/CPA qualified or working towards
* 3–6+ years in property development, construction or project-based finance
* Strong cashflow modelling and Excel skills
* Structured, compliance-focused, and commercially minded
* Open to candidates from outside construction - mindset matters most
