- SC2-Demonstrated capacity and the technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position. Proficiency in Compass and CASES21 Administration and Finance would be favourable. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite.

**Role**:
- Please note that this is the primary reception role for the school, and reception duties form a key component of the position.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and client services skills, working in a large and busy office.
- Ability to manage both routine and difficult customer enquiries.
- Excellent computer skills and computer proficiency inclusive of word processing and CASES21 Administration & Finance.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Capacity to work as a member of the Administration ES team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reception with telephone and front counter.
- Receipting of all payments through CASES 21 Finance (cash & EFT) ensuring correct accountability procedures are met.
- Reconciliation of daily bank and ensuring documentation is completed and correct and is ready for banking on a daily basis, if required.
- Allocate CSEF or SSB payments for excursions and charges following DE&T; guidelines.
- Maintain and retrieve data in regard to student payments.
- Maintain and process permission slips on Compass as required.
- Assist with preparation of College Newsletter.
- Update Student records on CASES.
- Processing and distribution of uniform and other item orders through State School Relief
- Other administration duties as required.
- Order stationary and photocopying paper.
- Opening and distributing mail and processing outgoing mail. Take delivery of parcels and arrange their distribution.
- Maintain key and security fob register.
- Undertake Career development activities to meet the challenges of the changing administrative environment.
