**You must have;**
- Centre based experience within the childcare/ teaching industry
- Ability to function effectively as a member of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Excellent communication and liaison skills
- A commitment to best practice in early childhood
- A current First Aid Certificate
- A current Working with Children check
- Interpersonal and time management
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Cert III or Enrolled
- Previous experience in the Early Childhood Industry (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function effectively as a member of a team
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and professional development
- Willingness to learn and inspire others to continue on their learning journey
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills to build relationships with families and other educators
- Current Western Australian Working With Children Check
- First Aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
**Your primary duties will include**:
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children and their families
- Work with Educators and Management to provide high quality care for all children in a loving and happy workplace
- Maintain our curriculum that enriches, stimulates, educates and encourages child development.
We work closely with our team of staff and support them throughout all aspects on a daily basis. You will be supported by experienced educators and will share the responsibilities of observations, programming and planning, with your role being to promote a collaborative team environment.
