Experienced Baristas & Food Prep Team Members – Zarraffa's Coffee Victoria Point
Zarraffa's Coffee Victoria Point is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working team members to join our fast-paced café environment. We are currently recruiting for two distinct casual positions:
Experienced Baristas
Minimum 1–2 years previous barista experience required.
Food Prep Team Members
Experience in food preparation or commercial kitchen environments preferable, but not mandatory. Safe Food Handling certificate required.
Both positions are casual, operating on a 7-day rotating roster between the hours of 4:00am and 8:30pm, including weekends and public holidays. Flexibility and availability across these operating hours are essential.
Experienced Barista Role
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to brand standards.
* Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
* Work effectively and calmly in a busy team environment.
* Follow all operational and workplace procedures.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1–2 years previous barista experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Availability across a rotating 7-day roster.
Food Prep Team Member Role
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality food products to brand standards.
* Maintain food safety, labelling, and stock rotation procedures.
* Ensure food preparation and storage areas meet Health & Safety requirements.
* Wash dishes, sanitise surfaces, and maintain a clean workspace.
* Assist with stock replenishment and general kitchen duties.
Preferred Requirements
* Previous food preparation or kitchen experience is preferable but not mandatory.
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
* Availability across a rotating 7-day roster.
