Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and professional Administration Officer to provide a range of administrative and secretarial related duties while supporting our front office. This role involves delivering high-level customer service to students, families and the community, coordinating enrolment processes and supporting school events, managing administrative systems and student records, providing first aid and overseeing sick room responsibilities, and supporting school communication and executive administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish positive working relationships with a diversity of staff, students, parents and the wider community. You should also have the ability to exercise initiative, prioritise workloads and maintain discretion and confidentiality. Practical experience in working with computing software applications including Office 365, EMS modules and school learner management systems is also essential.
