Responsibilities
Calendar Management,mercial Effectiveness, Travel Arrangement, Daily Administration & Teaming
1. Strategic calendar management for Partners, Principals, and other key stakeholders; scheduling internal and external meetings;municating with clients and infrastructure staff as required, with focus on Partner priorities, goals and business objectives
2. Maintain and update client contacts and business activities in CRM database. Proactively spot clients that haven't been called upon and/or who need follow-up
3. Proactive and effective management of all travel for optimal time management
4. Assist with scheduling forplex projects as requested by the Partner and/or project team
5. Act as central point of contact for all assigned Partner administrative needs, including timesheets and timely expense submission. Collaborative liaison with other support functions with focus on client impact
6. Management of Partner related invoices, liaising with the OW iProcurement support team
7. Develop excellent rapport with client assistants to facilitate access to client project team
8. Build productive and collegial relationships with all colleagues
9. Understand expectations and demonstratemitment to the wider team, including providing back-up coverage as needed
Experience Required
10. At least five years' experience working in an administrative or customer service position.
11. Experience in financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services environment a plus. Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
12. Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) would be benefit but not necessary.
