**How will I help?**
As a Change Manager, you will be a key member of the Mortgage Operations Continuous Improvement Team within Group Operations, helping contribute to the delivery of Westpac's vision and strategic priorities.
This role will support driving initiatives to improve, simplify and standardise processes and you will be responsible for ensuring the design, development and implementation of change supports the customer, broker, banker and business's needs; and the realisation of business benefits across various projects and portfolios.
**Key Role Requirements**:
- Standard change delivery artefacts including:
- change plan
- stakeholder analysis
- impact analysis
- communication plan
- training plan
- readiness assessment
- Regular change management reporting.
- Communications for relevant business stakeholders.
- Training materials.
- Post go-live support plan.
- Post go-live support reporting.

**What do I need?**
- Education in Change Management discipline (e.g. Postgraduate certificate in Change Management, PROSCI)
- Experience in managing and implementing small to medium sized initiatives in projects or change.
- Experience in an agile environment or evidence of the qualities & capabilities that a change professional needs to be able to work in an interactive, often ambiguous agile environment.
- 4 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills written and verbal.
