Senior Finance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and scenario modelling.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will oversee treasury functions, ensure statutory compliance, and lead the development of financial policies and controls. You will also provide commercial insights and board-level reporting aligned to business goals, as well as mentor and develop a team of accountants and finance officers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across group and project entities
• Deliver scenario modelling and investment analysis to support key decisions
• Oversee treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including financial risk and insurance oversight
• Lead the development of financial policies and controls
• Provide commercial insights and board-level reporting aligned to business goals
• Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of accountants and finance officers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• CA or CPA qualification (essential) with tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• At least 7 years' experience in finance, including 5+ years in a senior financial or accounting role
• A background in construction, property development, or project-based environments
• Strong expertise in financial systems and processes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and unify a diverse finance team
