We are looking for positive, confident customer service focused individuals to join our established team of Recruiters at CRNRSTONE.
General Description / Key Accountabilities:
- Recruit respondents for market research sessions in a fun and friendly call centre environment in Waterloo
- Must be able to commit to minimum of 3 consecutive days per week, including at least one of Monday or Friday
- Must be available up to 6pm in the evenings
- Must be available for some or regular weekend work
Experience Required:
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer literate and excellent telephone skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving and solutions experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced office environment
- Proven track record of being self-sufficient, reliable and committed to completing assigned tasks
- Have a can-do attitude
- Eligible working rights in Australia
This position is available due to business growth.
