The Opportunity
We're seeking a high‐volume ICT Procurement Specialist who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and can autonomously run multiple tenders in parallel — not someone who completes only a handful of RFX processes across a full year. This role bridges the gap between tender coordination and category management, with a strong emphasis on end‐to‐end ICT sourcing over the next six months, alongside property & facilities and healthcare services. You'll "hit the ground running" and deliver real impact quickly by standing up supplier panels across regional Australia, improving commercial controls, and strengthening procurement rhythms in a rapidly evolving function.
What You'll Do
* Lead end‐to‐end ICT sourcing from market analysis to contract award and onboarding.
* Run multiple concurrent tenders at pace, coordinating evaluations and driving timelines independently.
* Map supplier markets, invite and pre‐qualify providers, and negotiate commercial terms.
* Establish regional supplier panels to enhance resilience, eliminate single points of failure, and improve service continuity.
* Use data to build simple dashboards and insights (Power BI highly regarded).
* Support the rollout of a CLM/CRM and contract register, utilising TechnologyOne and TRAX for interim reporting.
Success Looks Like
By three months: several ICT and cross‐category tenders completed, and multiple new regional supplier panels operational. By six months: uplifted ICT category planning, additional panels in place, and simplified sourcing rhythms embedded across the team.
Your Experience
You bring 5+ years across procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial roles, with:
* Significant ICT procurement experience in a high‐volume, fast‐paced environment.
* A proven track record of running multiple RFX processes in parallel, independently and confidently.
* Experience across at least one additional category (property & facilities or healthcare services ideal).
* Strong commercial acumen — able to negotiate terms covering force majeure, PI, termination, KPIs, and more.
* Comfort working without a dedicated eProcurement platform, leveraging TechnologyOne and TRAX.
* Experience establishing supplier panels and developing templates/process documentation (advantageous).
* Analytical capability and confidence building simple dashboards.

Qualifications & Tools
* Qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related fields are valued.
* CIPS accreditation (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
* Experience with TechnologyOne, TRAX, and Power BI will help you hit the ground running.
The Offer
* 6‐month contract, 0.6 FTE (3 days/week)
* 100% remote — work from anywhere in Australia
* $36.48 per hour + super
* Occasional flexibility may be considered
* Potential for future permanent opportunities as the function grows
Pre‐Employment
Shortlisted candidates will complete a health declaration and confidentiality agreement. The preferred candidate will require a National Police Check and Aged Care Statutory Declaration (managed via Zipline). You must have current Australian work rights.
