Position: Registered Nurse at Uniting Eden
Location: Eden, NSWEarn up to $7.87 per hour higher than public hospitals! Full or part-time with stable shifts to suit your hours. Development/leadership opportunities; supportive multi-disciplinary team.
About Uniting Eden
Like any small town, everyone knows everyone at Uniting Eden. Our community comprises four households, each with 12 to 30 residents, and a Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia. Our team ensures the community thrives and engages in meaningful and enjoyable activities.
Role Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans tailored to individual needs.
Provide clinical assessments and lead clinical services.
Build relationships with residents and become a fundamental part of their lives.
Ensure care meets residents’ personal goals.
Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and family members to advocate for residents’ quality of life.
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
Practice holistically, using critical decision-making skills to lead the team.

Candidate Requirements
Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care is preferred, or a passion to start a career in aged care. Candidates should be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, and excellent at time management. Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice is essential. A nursing degree with current AHPRA registration is required.
