Take on a key role working closely with team members, business leaders, and industry experts to deliver critical knowledge and skills to our leadership team. What you will be doing :
* Blended Facilitation : Conduct research, share knowledge, and facilitate leadership programs through workshops, virtual sessions, and in-person events. Manage online meeting tools and provide coaching and feedback to learners.
* FCTG Commercial Knowledge : Maintain an understanding of leadership capabilities, talent strategies, and align programs with business and customer strategies.
* Communication & Management : Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver leadership initiatives, manage inquiries, and handle logistics including enrolments and data tracking.
* Innovative & Customer Centric Mindset : Work proactively to meet project deadlines, enhance products, and stay updated on industry trends and methodologies.
* Design Fluency : Use learning systems and design tools to create and maintain program content for participants.
What you will need :
* Minimum 5 years' experience leading successful operational teams within FCTG Leisure
* Proven results in achieving profitability and aligning with FCTG systems
* Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills
* Ability to analyze operational issues and implement solutions
* Integrity, attention to detail, and adaptability
* Technical skills in Microsoft Office, instructional design tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva)
* Solution-oriented and proactive attitude
* Experience in creating and delivering learning programs
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment; additional certifications preferred
* Degree in education, design, business, HR, IT, or related field
* Experience across multiple brands or disciplines
