**Summary**:
The Operations Associate is responsible for providing technical support including processing data, maintaining reports, and supporting digital capabilities.
You will be getting involved with current systems and tools providing UAT testing and working on a range of process improvement projects.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in Insurance
- Strong understanding of financial markets.
- Experience with data processing and reporting.
- UAT experience
- Experience with digital technologies.
- Experience with process improvement projects.
- Strong communication skills.
