The Boys production team at Click Media Management are on the hunt for "A Gun", Senior Video Producer to join our growing production department and lead the charge on delivering weekly end-to-end longform productions for one of Australia's leading and fast growing YouTube channels.
You'll be working primarily on The Boys YouTube channel (approaching 6 million subscribers) as well as our second channel, The Boys Gaming. You'll also take the reins on leading content productions for our expanding network of brands and ventures, including:
* Hungryboy – our original food brand
* Our evolving clothing and lifestyle lines
* A slate of exciting new business ventures
* Paid brand integrations and partnerships across platforms
You'll work directly with our Head of Production, the channel's Creative Director and our in-house team of editors, helping to drive the creative and logistical engine behind everything we do. This end-to-end production role offers huge opportunities for growth as our content output and business continues to scale rapidly.
You'll also be responsible for liaising with our U.S. production partner to manage remote shoots and crews across North America - ensuring smooth operations, clear creative direction, and strong delivery standards even when producing from afar.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the production of high-quality video content for YouTube and other social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X etc
* Own projects end-to-end: from concepting and pre-production through to post-production and delivery
* Work closely with The Boys and other influencer talent, ensuring smooth, fun, and effective productions
* Manage production budgets, schedules, resourcing, and crews across multiple simultaneous projects
* Liaise with our U.S. production partner to manage overseas shoots and remote teams
* Manage all location bookings, permits, and contracts, including local council approvals when required
* Handle talent agreements, usage rights, and release forms
* Travel regularly for interstate and international shoots
* Collaborate with creative leads, editors, and external suppliers to deliver productions on time and on budget
* Oversee branded content, merch campaigns, and video projects across our broader business ventures
* Contribute to building scalable production systems as we grow
Role Requirements
* 3+ years experience as a producer in an agency or production company
* A strong portfolio of YouTube-first or digital-native content
* A self-starter with an exceptional eye for detail and problem-solving
* Proven experience working with influencer talent or content creators
* Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
* Experience managing remote productions and working with international teams
* Experience handling location and talent contracts, permitting, and legal clearances
* Full right to work in Australia
* Must be open to interstate and international travel
* Strong knowledge of video production processes and workflows
* Must be an avid consumer of YouTube content, with a deep understanding of what works on the platform
* A finger on the pulse of social and content trends, including meme culture, internet challenges, and audience behavior
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output creative environment
Bonus Points For
* Experience with documentary, unscripted, or challenge-style formats
* Familiarity with social analytics and platform performance tools especially YouTube
* Background in branded content and influencer marketing
* Additional creative or technical skills (camera equipment knowledge, editing, motion graphics, etc.)
Location & Flexibility
This role is based in Sydney, Australia, with regular in-person production requirements. However, remote arrangements may be considered for the right candidate, particularly those with exceptional experience and a proven ability to deliver in a fast-moving, collaborative digital environment.
