In this fast-paced environment, you'll communicate with a diverse range of customers while working within a supportive team. This key position acts as a bridge between our service customers and the workshop, ensuring an outstanding level of service.
You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to quickly build rapport, and enjoy face-to-face interactions with customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles.
A Day in the Life of a Service Advisor:
* Greet customers in the service driveway or department when they arrive to drop off their vehicles.
* Keep customers informed throughout the day about any additional work recommended by the technician.
* Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup.
* Create Repair Orders, prepare job costs, and review completed work with customers during payment.
* Candidates must have intermediate computer skills to effectively manage repair orders and administrative tasks.
