This is a standout opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead our New South Wales business, overseeing 3 sites and more than 200 employees.
Based out of Huntingwood site, you will be the face of our business in NSW, building relationships with key customers, supporting our branch/department managers, and championing a culture of safety, collaboration, and performance.
Your focus will be on driving customer engagement, aligning the team, and executing national processes through strong cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering sustainable financial growth by aligning regional operations with national strategy as part of our Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective business owners, driving customer engagement and market share growth across the region Lead sales across multiple NSW branches, ensuring consistent standards and effective day-to-day management Oversee shared responsibility of financial performance across Sales, Service, and Parts, with a focus on meeting targets and improving results Work closely with national leaders and department heads to ensure consistent practices and efficient operations Monitor performance across branches using key business metrics, and support teams to meet goals Encourage collaboration between departments to support balanced decision-making and shared outcomes Ensure each branch complies with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations Oversee facility operations, compliance, safety and employee engagement across the region Build strong regional ties through active engagement with local associations and community networks The Ideal Profile Exceptional relationship builder with a natural ability to connect, engage and collaborate across teams and with business owners Extensive leadership experience in dealership or multi-site operations, with a proven ability to manage complex environments and drive performance Strong commercial acumen, with a history of executing growth strategies and delivering results aligned to business objectives Team leadership skills, including the ability to lead large teams, coach emerging leaders, and foster a high-performance culture A deep commitment to safety, underpinned by a collaborative and values-driven leadership style Preferably, a background in heavy truck sales or a senior operational role within the transport and logistics sector What Makes This a Great Opportunity for You?
