Looking for a handy person to do varied maintenance in Housing properties
Experience in Maintenance repairs is required
Carpentry, tiling, plastering and painting experience preferred
Able to work alone with confidence
Full Australian drivers licence
Must have own ute/van with tools.
Current police check with reasonably clear record. (some codes will not be accepted as a requirement to work with tenants)
Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Or ability to get the AA certificate)
White Card
