N Position Type Management _Moxy Sydney Airport_ _Duty Manager - Nights_ Permanent full time position 38 hours per week $76,500 to $80,000 per year superannuation Location: Moxy Sydney Airport _Are you up for this?_ _Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the quality and standards of the hotel are met_ _Assist our fun hunters arriving and departing the hotel through the check in and departure process_ _Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts by negotiating with relevant parties_ _Supervise crew staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met focusing on attention to detail_ _Be a thoughtful and energetic leader by providing motivation and support to the team_ _Handle general enquiries, engaging and serving our guests with a playful and thoughtful approach_ _Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to enhance the experiences for our guests_ _Build and strengthen relationships with existing fun hunters to provide guests with stays that are very much out of the ordinary, enabling future booking_ _Set the vibe by planning and executing team building activities so our crew feel's part of Moxy's open and playful work environment_ _Understand the impact of the department's operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manage to achieve or exceed goals._ _Successful applicants must have:_ _Experience with OPERA property management system or similar_ _Working rights in Australia_ _Minimum 1 years experience in similar managerial role_ _Enthusiastic to escalate your career_ _Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment_ _Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude_ Applications close on 15 th May 2026. _At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
