This is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the heart of the business, supporting day-to-day financial operations while being a friendly and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Generation and management of client/customer invoices and monthly statements Monthly billing reviews and reconciliations Accounts payable and receivable processing, including coding to budget and entering invoices into the accounting system Monitoring utility and service invoicing and flagging abnormalities Processing reimbursements, credit card payments and banking Tracking purchase orders and preparing monthly accrual information Maintaining the asset register Support operational administration including compliance documentation and service agreements Provide general administrative support across the team About You Has previous experience in accounts administration or a finance support role Understands AP and AR processes Has strong reconciliation skills and great attention to detail Communicates confidently and professionally Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team Why Join?
