Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-oriented professional to coordinate and deliver essential administrative activities while providing exceptional service to clients.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring high-level customer service through face-to-face and telephone communication.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, coordination of counselling rooms, and maintaining client records in the Client Information System.
* Process financial transactions accurately, including invoicing and banking, while managing a web-based petty cash system.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures and assist with debt management and financial reporting.

* You will be able to manage challenging customer interactions in a professional manner.
* You will possess effective time management, attention to detail, prioritising, and organisational skills.
