Monday to Friday rotating between 8am - 6pm | No weekends

Our client is a well-known Australian company that was founded in 1946. They specialise in garage doors and are a market leader in their industry. Due to internal staff progression they are looking for 2 confident, fun loving and agile customer service agents who thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
To guide you on your journey the company offers 3 weeks of training, pairing you with a an experienced staff member to ensure you have the support you need.
We are looking for someone who has a
customer service background with a
technical mindset that can easily convert the tech to customer, trade and dealer languages.
Must have Australian Citizen or PR
Customer service experience - ideally phone based
Solutions focused and ability to think on your feet
A sales mindset to generate leads and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce is a bonus!
