This is an exciting role that involves guiding and mentoring the team, ensuring smooth production and consistent quality. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for: 1. Leading by example: Guiding and mentoring the team while working alongside them in daily production; 2. Scheduling & Resource Coordination: Ensuring production schedules are met by coordinating staff duties and managing ingredient orders; 3. Champion Food Safety: Upholding cleanliness, Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards; 4. Work Safe Think Safe Bake Safe: Promoting WHS best practices building a strong safety-first culture; The successful candidate should have previous supervisory or team leadership experience in manufacturing or food production. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a bakery or similar fast-paced environment is also required.
