About the Role
Our client, a national professional services firm with expertise in Forensic, Tax, and Advisory, is seeking an analytically minded and client-focused Accountant to join their Forensic and Litigation Support team. Key Responsibilities
* Analyse financial and non-financial information for business valuations and economic loss assessments
* Conduct financial and economic research across diverse businesses and industries
* Develop financial models and prepare expert reports for Court proceedings and pre-litigation matters
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, particularly within the legal sector
* Potential opportunity to provide evidence in Court as an expert witness
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment while building your own expertise
About You
* CA or CPA accreditation, or near completion
* Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
* Critical thinking skills and passion for forensic accounting
* Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
* Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
