What You’ll Do
As an Experienced Maintenance Carpenter, you’ll tackle a wide variety of tasks, utilizing your seasoned problem-solving skills. You’ll be making a direct impact on homes and businesses in your local area.
Your responsibilities include:
- Daily Planning: Review your job planner and ensure you have the right tools and materials for each task.
- Client Care: Protect clients' homes during work and maintain a clean, tidy work environment, leaving no mess behind.
- Hands-On Work: Perform a range of carpentry tasks such as:
- Patching and painting walls and ceilings
- Replacing and painting doors
- Repainting rooms
- Stripping and staining decks
- Tiling splashbacks
- Building decks, carports, fences, and retaining walls
- Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry Renovations
- Installing fixtures like clotheslines, towel rails, and curtain rods
- And much more!

Experienced Professional: You have a solid background in property maintenance and can handle a variety of jobs with ease.
Client-Focused: You understand that a positive service experience leads to more opportunities and referrals.
Organized and Efficient: You keep your tools and equipment in order, knowing that efficiency saves time.
Strong Communicator: You convey ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, and you're comfortable using software like Salesforce for job management.
Physically Fit: You’re capable of working in various conditions, including outdoor work during the summer months.
Problem Solver: You not only identify issues but also come prepared with solutions.
