Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hearing assessments and rehabilitative support to clients across various age groups.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive auditory assessments in adult clients using established Australian Hearing practice methods and standards.
* Provide individualized rehabilitative support, including the fitting of hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
* Refer clients to relevant professionals or seek guidance from senior audiologists as needed.
* Participate in providing services at visiting sites and home visits.
* Liaise with representatives from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), allied health agencies, and families/carers to ensure best practice and optimal outcomes.
* Engage in marketing/public relations activities within the community as required.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, manage client caseloads effectively, and meet performance targets.
Your Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in Audiology.
* Full and current membership with the Audiology Society of Australia.
* Solid knowledge of clinical Audiology procedures in accordance with Australian Audiology standards.
* Familiarity with the Hearing Services Program.
* Experience working with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) scheme.
* An ability to travel for clinical work as required.
* A willingness to adapt to business changes that may impact clinical practice, products, or policies.
