What You'll Be Doing
Conducting comprehensive industry research and market mapping to support senior recruiters in identifying top talent
Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including our internal database, Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn, and direct outreach via email and phone
Preparing high-quality documentation, formatting candidate profiles, and developing pitch and shortlist presentations
Coordinating interview logistics, managing calendars, and arranging video calls and reference checks to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system while ensuring timely follow-up on all applications.
What We're Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to build rapport with senior candidates, leaders, and executives
A strong interest in recruitment and people-focused work
Excellent systems skills and the ability to learn and navigate and utilise evolving, leading-edge technology
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive, resourceful team player who enjoys making connections
