We are searching for an OSHC Manager for our Berry Springs Out of School Hours Care Service. The service is licensed for 50 places and offers a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for school-aged children.

About the Role
The OSHC Manager will lead and mentor a dedicated team in delivering a high-quality, inclusive, and professional service. This is a Permanent Full-Time position with flexible working hours over a 75-hour fortnight, including 45 hours of administrative time.
What You'll Do
* Supervise and manage the service within the legal and regulatory framework.
* Lead and support staff to foster a cohesive and effective team.
* Create a safe, stimulating environment that supports the developmental and recreational needs of school-aged children.
* Ensure inclusivity and responsiveness to family needs.
* Collaborate with school management and family committees to align the program with the school’s vision.
What You’ll Need
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) or equivalent (as per ACECQA).
* Current Ochre Card (Working with Children).
* Valid First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
* Strong understanding of EYLF, My Time Our Place, National Quality Standards, QIP, and current Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Berry Springs OSHC operates:
* Before School Care: 7:00am to 8:30am
* After School Care: 2:30pm to 6:00pm
* Vacation Care: 7:00am to 6:00pm during school holidays
