About the Role
- Lead the design and delivery of a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF
- Foster strong relationships with children and families through inclusive and engaging practice
- Implement intentional teaching strategies and maintain detailed documentation of learning and progress
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and contribute to continuous quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with all National Quality Standards and state regulations
- Inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child
What You'll Need
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current VIT Registration (Victorian Institute of Teaching) – Mandatory for this Kindy role
- VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
- Strong understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS and Kindergarten program requirements
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A commitment to delivering a play-based, inquiry-led learning environment
- Minimum 2 years of early childhood teaching experience (kindergarten experience preferred)
