As a People and Capbility Business Partner you will work with a portfolio of business areas, acros multiple locations, supporting the full spectrum of matters including workforce planning, talent management, capability development, employee and industrial relations. You will partner with people leaders and employees to help them optimise team and deliver business objectives.
