**About The Opportunity**: 
As the CFO, you will take ownership of financial planning and strategy development. You will analyse financial performance, identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth, and lead the development of long-term strategies to expand the market presence and enhance profitability. Collaborating with teams, you will design and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders will be essential.
Additionally, you will work closely with the CEO and the Executive Team to develop and execute the organisation's strategic vision and mission, contribute to long-term growth and profitability, and play a key role in executive leadership and decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include streamlining and enhancing organisational processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practises, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and representing the organisation to external stakeholders.
**About You**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred 
- Proven leadership experience in finance, sales, and marketing 
- Strong financial acumen and a track record of optimising financial performance 
- Background in top-tier consulting firms, demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving skills 
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 
- Strong leadership abilities and seeking further leadership role within the company

- Experience leading organisations through periods of rapid growth or transformation.
