About the Role
You will play a key role in assessing and managing credit risk while supporting commercial decision-making across the business. Working closely with sales, finance, and leadership teams, you will conduct in office inspections and help ensure responsible credit management that supports sustainable growth in the ANZ market.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and approve customer credit applications and limits, conduct field-based credit assessments (in office inspections)
* Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and risk profiles
* Monitor and manage existing customer credit exposure
* Support sales teams with credit-related enquiries and deal structures
* Maintain accurate credit records and reporting
* Assist with credit policy compliance and continuous improvement
About You
* Minimum 1 year's post-qualification experience in a credit analyst or similar role
* Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
* Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
* Sound commercial judgement and risk awareness
* Ability to communicate effectively across teams
* Preference given to candidates with experience in OEM, construction, or civil environments
* Experience in equipment finance, leasing, or B2B industries is highly regarded
* Australian work rights are required for this position
