Security Officers – Westfield Geelong
We are currently seeking experienced and licensed Security Officers to join our team in Full-Time role working on the following roster.
Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
As a Security Officer at Westfield Geelong, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for shoppers, retailers, and visitors, all while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing professional and friendly front-line customer service
- Responding to incidents, including medical, emergency, and security-related events
- Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious activity
- Supporting centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation techniques
- Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols
What you’ll need:
- Current Victorian Security License with Crowd Control function
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer experience
- Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
