About the Role
As an experienced Property Manager you will manage a small portfolio of properties but have a strong focus on business development. Your day will involve working within a team of professionals, including alongside our sales department, providing guidance and support to the rental staff where needed.
Skills and Experience
* Must have prior experience in all aspects of Property Management
* Current Agents Representative Certificate
* Reliable car / Drivers Licence
* Finely tuned negotiation skills
* Excellent phone manner
* Corporate presentation
* An eye for attention to detail
* Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks.
* Experience using Property Me, Inspection Express and IRE preferred.
