**Cranbrook Care is looking for motivated and dynamic Client Relations Manager to join the team at our Head Office in North Sydney.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
In this role, you will be required to deliver occupancy targets for the residences in collaboration with the Director of Care Services and meet revenue targets from Lifestyle Services and the Residential Services and Relations Manager (RSRM), and be responsible for:
- Delivering occupancy targets for the residences each financial year in collaboration with the RSRM and the Director of Care Services
- Managing and reviewing the CRM to ensure ongoing admissions of new residents
- Delivering revenue targets from Lifestyle Services each financial year in conjunction with the RSRM's
- Living the Cranbrook Care culture and work according to Cranbrook Care values
This is a hands-on role that demands a champion of the Cranbrook Care brand. You will build strong relationships with senior management across the organisation to enable you to perform your day-to-day role.
**ABOUT YOU**
You will be a team player who is able to work autonomously who will oversee client enquiries and work with passion and empathy. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Previous experience managing as CRM system/database
- Professional marketing or sales qualification is desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to facilitate communication between a diverse group of people including senior stakeholders.
- Takes full responsibility for own actions and deliverables.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a high level of motivation and initiative.
- Must be well presented and have attention to detail.
- Experience in aged care or healthcare would be favoured, however is not essential.
- You will have an empathetic nature and a desire to enhance the quality of life for our residents and their families.
- Driver Licence essential.
