As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will undergo an industry leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community With a gradual ramp up period, we will help you transition from your studies, and apply those skills in a real world setting. About Your New Role
* A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
* Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
* A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way
* Flexi- time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance.
* Quarterly alignment days- a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
* Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
* Full AHPRA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
* Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
* Unrestricted Australian work rights
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
