About the role :Working closely with all key stakeholders, the Whole of Australia Government(WoAG) Sector Lead is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the WoAG Service Delivery team, delivering key WoAG initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting. The role ensures the efficient and consistent delivery of all WoAG activities to meet contractual and performance obligations, including savings and cost avoidance targets.Key focus areas include:Leadership:Sets the Account Vision and Mission in alignment with Commonwealth Government Policy and Objectives and the Vision of MD Work Dynamics AccountsClient/Stakeholder Management:Serves as single point of contact for WoAG Package Service Delivery and EscalationAccountable for service delivery to meet contractual obligations of JLLFinancial Management:Responsible for achievement of agreed financial targets for the WoAG Account including revenue, expenses, debtor's targets, savings/ cost avoidance.Contractual Management:Ensure full adherence to the Services Agreement ('Deed in relation to Property Services)Operations:Accountable for management of all resources involved in the delivery of services, e.g. Recruitment, performance assessment, etcActively manage the professional development of all Direct ReportsAbout you: You have a proven track record of Account delivery, optimization and continuous improvement as well as Leadership and Performance Management of service delivery teams.You have the capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively and have a demonstrated ability to employ holistic approaches and look at long term solutionsYou'll be a strong leader, with a demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team, coupled with outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Strategic skills are essential.
