Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our administration team. As a key member of the team, you will provide quality support and assistance to the Residential Aged Care staff.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records and databases for financial and client information.
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
* Show initiative by identifying opportunities for process improvements in administration and support services.
* Coordinate admissions and assist with recruitment administrative tasks.
Requirements
* Experience in administration, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
* Previous experience in rostering/scheduling is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* A valid working visa in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.).
* A willingness to complete a police check and NDIS Worker Screening.
