Executive Talent Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Talent Leader to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development of our company's talent strategy, fostering a culture that promotes employee growth, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives that enhance employee skills and performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Design and implement metrics and analytics to measure talent program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide strategic guidance and support to leaders and managers on talent-related matters, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leading talent initiatives.
* Strong understanding of organizational development, change management, and adult learning principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
* Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
* University/College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
