Reporting to the Systems Manager, you will be someone who communicates effectively, demonstrate personal drive and integrity, and work productively with others.Duties will include:Ensure the timely training of staff (Casuals and Full times) in line with SOP'sLicence/ compliance managementLiaison with internal and external stakeholdersMaintenance of training registers to ensure accuracyProvide clear direction to stakeholders including development of goals and setting expectationsConsult with customer to ensure needs are being metRequirementsProven experience in a similar role within a 3PL environment (Retail preferred)Superior attention to detailExcellent working knowledge of WMS and MS Office applicationsSelf motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills both written and verbalEffective time management, organisation skills and ability to priorities tasks
