This role requires a consultative approach and will focus on delivering diverse design solutions for our client in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting their omnichannel strategy with rapid content adaptation and execution across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic design, layout, typography, and branding standards across multiple brands with experience in designing engaging digital and print assets such as emails, iDetail Aids, websites, brochures, banners, websites, interactive PDFs, and e-learning modules. A thorough understanding and consistent application of brand consistency, design best practices and storytelling is essential.Additionally, basic HTML and CSS skills (or an eagerness to learn) are highly valued. Knowledge of responsive web design principles, JavaScript/jQuery, Webkit animation, and CRM platforms like Veeva or OCE is desired. Prior knowledge or experience with tools like Knak would be ideal, however is not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigning diverse digital, online web/mobile and print assets such as emails, visual-aids, websites, brochures, video snippets, posters, logos, web banners, interactive PDFs, journal adverts and e- learning modules for products and servicesEstablished understanding and ability towards designing and HTML programming emails via tools such as Figma and Knak to manage end to end process of design and productionWith strong stakeholder communication skills, executing on the creative direction and design concepts, develop artwork for a variety of multichannel assets and communicate ideas for continuous improvementEnsure expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projectsWith majority use of existing templates, ensuring consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative developmentApply responsive design principles and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery) to enhance digital assetsWorking knowledge of print, 4 colour process and spot colour printing and all standard print practices across digital and conventional disciplines with asset delivery experienceConsistently deliver on quality expectations via thorough understanding and application of branding/asset guidelines. Good hands-on knowledge of the tools, techniques, software, knowledge of multiple media and apply them in developing creative outputs in a fast-paced environmentCapability to create colour palettes and stylesheets in alignment with provided guidelines.Drive the development of creative assets tailored for omnichannel strategies.Skills and ExperienceShould possess 4-7 years digital and print design experience ideally including User Interface design, with a mix of agency and client-side experienceSignificant expertise with Full Adobe suite: Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign and additional platforms such as Figma, and Knak.Familiarity of working within a project management system such as JiraPrevious experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be highly competitiveExperience completing tasks under strict layout principlesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationshipsBasic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Webkit animation, and Responsive Web Design (RWD) using media queries.Working knowledge of video editing and ideally motion graphics/SFX - Adobe Premiere Pro and preferably also After Effects would be a key advantage.Should be experienced in providing technical guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices, and reviewing work for quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.Have a structured approach and be timeline and quality driven with adherence to design processes.Should possess good oral and written communication skills and have collaborative approachBe well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detailFamiliarity with/working knowledge of UI/UX Design would be a distinct advantage. Experience creating interactive and visually compelling experiences for iPad, iPhone, and other mobile devices.Understanding of CRM or CMS platforms (preferably Veeva, OCE) and familiarity with HTML5 Ad Banners and Emailers.Minimum RequirementsGraduate/post-graduate with relevant years of experience.
