Customer Service Officer – Administration provides an exceptional customer experience for everyone who contacts the customer service team based at our Bundaberg head office. As the first point of contact, you will be the ambassador of our vision, mission and values.
The role of Customer Service Officer – Administration has a primary focus of:
* Reception administration
* Support for Resource Officer
* Administration duties as assigned by the Manager Compliance, Risk and Administration
All customer service officers are required to communicate and assist in all areas of the customer service front reception functions.
You will do this by:
Being the welcoming face of IMPACT, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception and administration.
In this varied role, you will:
* Create a positive first impression for all visitors, clients, and staff
* Manage busy reception operations including calls, enquiries, mail, and bookings
* Provide essential administrative support across the organisation
* Build strong relationships and connect people with the right services
* Contribute to a collaborative team and continuous improvement initiatives
