The Opportunity
* Build and maintain a strong new business customer pipeline to achieve budgets, targets, and KPIs.
* Attend regular Sales Huddles, 1:1 performance dialogues, coaching, and training sessions while embracing feedback and continuous improvement opportunities.
* Respond to inbound enquiries and web leads to convert into new business contracts.
* Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure customer offers are competitive, profitable, and aligned with the market.
* Utilise Cleanaway's systems, networks, delegated levels of authority (DLAs), and approved rate cards to achieve telesales objectives.
* Consistently deliver on financial measures, meeting or exceeding published targets and KPIs.
About You
* Proven success in high-volume sales environments.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering customer-focused solutions.
* Advanced sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
* Conflict resolution and influencing skills.
* CRM expertise and knowledge of call centre/telesales techniques.
* Experience in the waste and recycling industry (or related industries) highly regarded.
