About the new role:Working closely with residents, their families and the multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse will lead the assessment of the strengths and needs of individual residents and the development of individualised, person-centered support that promotes physical and emotional wellbeing.This position offers the opportunity to deliver direct clinical care, manage healthcare services for residents, and mentor dedicated staff.
