HSE Administrator and Site Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HSE Administrator and Site Administrator to support our long-term project in Karratha, WA.
* Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and health, safety, and environment (HSE) within the construction industry.
* Key responsibilities include entering purchase orders and receiving goods using accounting systems, daily and monthly reporting on site aspects, monitoring incoming and outgoing freight, assisting with mobilization and onboarding of site personnel, and providing support to contract package managers and site management teams as required.
* The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and a positive attitude towards safety, training, and the environment.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
* Australian citizenship or residency with full working rights.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and HSE within construction.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced).
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Positive attitude towards safety, training, and the environment.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment.
* Current driver's license.
