**THE ROLE**

An exciting and highly rewarding opportunity has become available for a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our busy Clarendon Homes team based at Loganholme! This is a rare opportunity to start a career working for a high-profile brand within the exciting and fast-paced retail home building industry!

**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Process sales deposit paperwork and tenders and complete workflow reports
- Maintain intranet content as briefed
- Maintain brochure, business cards and sticker stocks in office and display centres
- Provide general admin support for sales and marketing teams as required
- Assist with managing the sales staff roster
- Provide assistance at marketing content shoots as required
- Assist with developing the social media program including posts and engagement
- Some copy writing for various purposes including website
- Assist with the setup and management of the sales and marketing CRM
- Liaise with marketing suppliers as required
- Provide assistance with gathering competitor and land developer research
- Assist with coordinating some display home maintenance where necessary to ensure display homes are presented to the highest possible standard
- Occasionally fill in at suitable display locations as required to avoid closure
- Arrange setup of new display home sales offices
- Assist with some events management

**ABOUT YOU**

This would be an ideal role for a recent graduate looking to gain experience working for a leading brand in a highly rewarding industry.

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field
- 1 years' experience working in a sales and/or marketing team
- Experience in the home building industry is not required but a genuine interest would be a distinct advantage.
- A positive attitude towards learning new things and working in a small team
- A customer focused mindset
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- High level of self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously
